U10 Player Code of Conduct

At Fusion FC, we want football to be fun, safe, and respectful for everyone. These are our team rules for U10 players.

We show respect

• We listen when coaches or referees speak.
• We are kind to teammates, opponents, and spectators.
• We use good language and good manners.

We work hard

• We arrive on time and ready to train.
• We try our best, even when things feel difficult.
• We keep going and learn from mistakes.

We play fair

• We follow the rules of the game.
• We do not cheat, dive, or argue.
• We shake hands and say “well played” after matches.

We are good teammates

• We pass, communicate, and include everyone.
• We clap effort, not just goals.
• We help each other improve.

We stay safe and responsible

• We wear the right kit and shin pads.
• We bring water and look after our equipment.
• We tell a coach if we are hurt or worried.

If we get it wrong

Everyone makes mistakes. We will:

1. Get a reminder.
2. Talk with the coach.
3. Involve parents if needed.

Then we reset and try again.
