Fusion Football Club is built around people.

We’re a community-focused club creating a positive, structured environment where young players can grow in confidence, develop their ability, and enjoy football the right way.

Our Story

Fusion began with two football dads—Russ Leadbetter and Ben Chapman.

With experience in the game and a shared passion for doing things differently, they wanted to create a better environment for their own children—and others—to develop.

An environment that focused on:

• Development over pressure
• Encouragement first
• Enjoyment alongside progression

That vision is what still shapes Fusion today.

We provide a clear, supportive pathway for young players, from their first sessions through to competitive football.
