Parents and guardians set the tone around the pitch. This code helps us create a safe, positive, and respectful environment for every child.

Support all players

• Encourage effort, learning, and teamwork.
• Celebrate good play from both teams.
• Never criticise or embarrass a child from the touchline.

Respect coaches and officials

• Let coaches coach and referees referee.
• Do not shout tactical instructions during matches.
• Accept decisions without abuse or confrontation.

Matchday behaviour

• Arrive on time and prepared.
• Use positive language and stay calm.
• Keep the sideline safe, tidy, and free from conflict.

Communication standards

• Raise concerns privately and respectfully with the coach.
• Avoid difficult conversations during or immediately after a match.
• Use club channels for updates about attendance, availability, and issues.

Online and social conduct

• Be respectful in group chats and social media posts.
• Do not post content that criticises children, coaches, referees, or opponents.
• Check permissions before sharing photos of players.

Working together

When adults model respect and self-control, players enjoy football more and develop faster.
