Grassroots football runs on community support. The pitches, the kit, the coaching, the matchday experience — none of it happens without the people and businesses who believe in what clubs like ours are trying to build.
As we head into the 2026/27 season, Fusion FC is actively looking for local businesses to come on board as partners. Whether you are a sole trader, a small business, or an established company, there is a sponsorship package that works for you — and a genuine opportunity to make a meaningful difference to young players in your area.
Sixteen Teams. Hundreds of Touchpoints.
We are fielding sixteen teams this season across two matchday programmes:
Saturday — Staffordshire Junior Football League
- U10 Playing Up — coached by Russ Leadbetter
- U10 Black Playing Up — coached by Ali Johnson
- U10 — coached by Mark Woolridge
- U9 White — coached by Sam Rosillo
- U8 — coached by Ryan Foster
- U8 White — coached by James Wilson
Sunday — NSJYL (North Staffs Junior Youth League)
- U11 — coached by Tom Pope
- U10 Green — coached by Sam Cummins
- U10 Black — coached by Mark Woolridge
- U10 Green Playing Up — coached by Ben Chapman
- U10 White — coached by Jake Hodgkinson
- U9 — coached by Lee Ralphson
- U9 Green — coached by Greg Woodcock
- U9 Black — coached by Jon Bloor
- U8 Green — coached by Ryan Foster
- U8 Black — coached by Tom Kilgariff
Each team plays regularly across the season, trains weekly, and is supported by coaches invested in each player’s development. That is a lot of touchpoints — matchdays, training sessions, social posts, kit days, and end-of-season events — where your brand can be part of the story.
What Sponsors Receive
We want partnerships to work for the businesses that make them possible. Depending on the level you choose, sponsorship with Fusion FC can include:
Brand Visibility Your business name and logo featured on the club website, including a dedicated sponsor profile page and a link back to your site. The site is growing steadily with families, coaches, and local supporters visiting regularly throughout the season.
Social Media Exposure Shoutouts across our social channels when deals are agreed, at key points in the season, and whenever your support directly helps the club. We talk about our sponsors because we are genuinely grateful — it is not just a logo placement.
Kit and Matchday Presence Depending on the package, your business name can appear on training kit or matchday shirts, putting your brand in front of parents, spectators, referees, and opposition players at every fixture.
Community Association This is one that does not show up in a spreadsheet but matters enormously. Being known as a business that supports local youth football carries real weight in the community. Parents talk. Schools talk. Local networks are tight, and being a good community contributor builds trust that advertising cannot buy.
Why Sponsor a Grassroots Club?
The honest answer: because it matters.
Professional football gets the headlines, but grassroots is where the game actually lives. It is where a child kicks a ball for the first time and decides they love it. It is where young players learn to lose gracefully and win with humility. It is where families spend their Saturday and Sunday mornings, standing on touchlines, cheering each other on.
When you sponsor Fusion FC, your money does not disappear into a marketing budget. It buys kit that keeps a child warm in January. It covers pitch hire so a team can train. It funds equipment that makes sessions better. Every pound is visible and every pound counts.
And in return, you get your brand associated with all of that — with community, with youth, with doing something genuinely good.
Who We Are Looking For
We are open to all kinds of partnerships. If you are a local business of any size and you care about the area you operate in, we want to talk to you. Previous sponsors have included trades, professional services, retail, and hospitality — the common thread is local roots and a willingness to back something worth backing.
There is no minimum spend. We will work with you to find a level that makes sense, with clear visibility on what your support will deliver.
